NOVELTY - The method involves performing high temperature drying, electrostatic coating and high-temperature curing process. Zinc steel rail profile fitting process is performed. A surface is removed after removing rust, phosphating and clear water. Surface drying process is performed at high temperature. Electrostatic spraying and powder spraying of Graphene is performed on a galvanized tube. The galvanized tube is cured at high temperature. A layer of an anti-corrosion protective film is formed on a galvanized steel rail. USE - Galvanized steel rail and rail pressure spring graphene surface anti-corrosion processing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving weather resistance of powder resistance, salt mist resistance, resistance to moist heat, force, performance and environmental performance of powder, and utilizing graphite material technology to fix zinc steel guardrail at rail pressure spring so as to protect environment so as to improve corrosion resistance of product.
