NOVELTY - Preparing graphene polymer composite material by in-situ polymerization method, comprises taking multi-layer graphene and polymer monomer in an autoclave and sealing an upper cover; then introducing carbon dioxide, then setting the temperature and pressure to makes the carbon dioxide reach the supercritical state, reacting the reactants under magnetic stirring, so that the carbon dioxide fluid molecules enter the multi-layer graphene sheet layer to achieve the intercalation effect, then stirring, quickly depressurizing the autoclave, cooling and turning supercritical fluid into a gaseous state, destroying the Van der Waals force between the graphene sheets, and expanding and exfoliating to obtain small layer of graphene, and entering polymer monomer into graphene sheet to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene polymer composite material by in-situ polymerization method. ADVANTAGE - The method: has mild reaction condition, simple process, low production cost and high yield; and is environmentally friendly.
