NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene involves adding intercalated graphite to reactor, vacuumizing at 103-100 MPa, sealing, heating at 280-400 degrees C, decomposing intercalated layer, terminating heating and vacuumizing, cooling and collecting solid product. The intercalated layer comprises component chosen from formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and nitro methane. USE - Manufacture of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides graphene by simple and economical process in short period of time.
