▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene film comprises a self-assembled monolayer formed on a substrate, and a graphene oxide thin films formed on the self-assembled monolayer, where the reducing agent vapors are exposed to the self-assembled monolayer, the substrate and the graphene oxide thin film and the gas atmosphere thermal reduction step is conducted. USE - The graphene film is useful in a LCD element, electronic paper display device, an organic electroluminescent device, diffusion barrier in a light emitting element and a transparent electrodes of solar batteries. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film exhibits good transparency and electrical characteristics, and excellent electrical, mechanical and optical characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacturing a graphene film comprises forming the self-assembled monolayer with terminal amine groups on the substrate, forming the graphene oxide thin film on the self-assembled monolayer, performing chemically reducing step by exposing reducing agent vapors to the self-assembled monolayer and graphene oxide thin film, and performing gas atmosphere thermal reduction step.
