▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing anisotropic thermally conductive electromagnetic shielding nylon composite film comprises (i) immersing sensitized and activated nylon membrane in plating solution, dropping reducing solution into plating solution, stirring reaction for 5-15 minutes under ultrasonic conditions at 60℃, collecting out filter membrane, rinsing, and drying to obtain nickel-plated nylon filter membrane, (ii) placing nickel-plated nylon filter membrane on filter paper, filtering graphene dispersion through vacuum-assisted suction, covering graphene on nickel-plated nylon filter membrane to obtain graphene-loaded nickel-plated nylon filter membrane, and (iii) covering graphene-loaded nickel-plated nylon filter membrane on carbon fiber cloth, with the graphene-loaded side facing up, and hot-pressing using automatic tablet press. USE - The method is useful for preparing anisotropic thermally conductive electromagnetic shielding nylon composite film. ADVANTAGE - The film can conduct heat generated by operation of electronic device and shield 99.99% of electromagnetic waves, and maintains normal operation of device, which has excellent flexibility of composite material. The method is economical, simple, and suitable for industrial production.
