NOVELTY - Special high-performance anticorrosive primer comprises main agent and addition curing agent in ratio of 6:1. The main agent includes 15-40 wt.% graphene epoxy resin solution, 5-15 wt.% adhesion enhancing resin, 0.5-3 wt.% dispersant, 0.5-3 wt.% anti-settling agent, 10-25 wt.% iron oxide red, 2-8 wt.% zinc phosphate, 5-15 wt.% aluminum tripolyphosphate, 5-15 wt.% precipitated sulfuric acid, 2-20 wt.% talc, 1-8 wt.% functional rust inhibitor, 0.5-3 wt.% coupling agent, 2-10 wt.% epoxy diluent. The addition curing agent comprises 20-50 wt.% polyamide resin, 5-15 wt.% epoxy resin, 30-60 wt.% epoxy diluent. USE - Special high-performance anticorrosive primer. ADVANTAGE - The special high-performance anticorrosive primer has good social benefits, excellent adhesion to different materials such as steel, aluminum, anti-corrosion effect on various metal materials, solves problem of adhesion and anti-corrosion of primers for military equipment, industrial special equipment, instruments, reduces construction time, improves work efficiency, avoids primers adhesion problems caused by chaos. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing special high-performance anticorrosive primer, which involves: (A) preparing graphene epoxy resin liquid, adding formula amount of epoxy diluent, epoxy resin liquid, and sequentially adding to reaction kettle, stirring and dispersing, adding graphene slurry and coupling agent, slowly raising the temperature to 80 degrees C, keeping reaction for 2 hours, cooling to below 30 degrees C, filtering and packing for use; (B) preparing main agent, adding formulated amount of graphene epoxy resin solution, modified resin, and dispersing agent to paint tank in sequence, stirring and dispersing uniformly; (C) adding iron oxide red, zinc phosphate, aluminum tripolyphosphate, precipitated barium sulfate, talc powder, epoxy thinner in turn with stirring, stirring thoroughly, grinding the mixed paint slurry on the sand mill to the required fineness to 30 microns, then adding functional rust inhibitor and anti-settling agent to disperse uniformly, and dispersion temperature is 50 degrees C, fineness measurement reaches 30 microns as qualified, filter packaging, preparing addition curing agent, adding formula amount of epoxy diluent to the reaction kettle, starting stirring, and slowly adding polyamide resin, stirring again, adding epoxy resin to reaction kettle, dispersing and dissolving uniformly, slowly raising temperature to 80 degrees C, keeping reaction for 2 hours, cooling to below 30 degrees C, filtering; and (D) packing.
