▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene structure made by bonding monoatomic material between carbon atom of graphene structure via doping monoatomic material on mono layer graphene structure obtained by chemical vapor deposition method, is claimed. USE - The graphene structure is useful for producing piezoelectric power generation element (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) power generation element obtained by depositing an electrode material on both ends of the graphene structure, and transfers a substrate on one side of the mono-layer graphene structure; and (2) producing power generation element, comprising (i) growing mono layer of graphene structure by chemical vapor deposition method, (ii) transferring the substrate on the graphene structure, (iii) bonding between carbon atom of graphene structure with monoatomic material by doping monoatomic material on mono layer graphene structure, and (iv) depositing an electrode material on both ends of the structure.
