NOVELTY - Preparation of polyurethane composite material involves adding thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer to internal mixer, mixing at 175-185° C, adding chitosan, ammonium polyphosphate, flame retardant synergist, aramid fiber, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate and composite filler, blending, and press-molding. The composite filler is mixture of nano-calcium carbonate, SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieve, diatomaceous earth, molybdenum disulfide, and nano-carbon materials in weight ratio of 5-15:1-3:2-14:1-5:3-9. USE - Preparation of polyurethane composite material. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and produces composite material with excellent heat resistance and flame retardance.
