NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional net shaped tin disulfide composite sulfur-nitrogen doped graphene involves adding stannous chloride dihydrate, L-cysteine, glycolic acid, graphene dispersion liquid into the deionized water and ethanol, stirring uniformly, moving into the reaction vessel, putting in 200℃ of oven, reacting for 18 hours, washing and centrifuging the obtained product with deionized water ethanol for more than three times, then drying by a vacuum oven to obtain three-dimensional net shaped tin disulfide composite sulfur-nitrogen doped graphene. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional net shaped tin disulfide composite sulfur-nitrogen doped graphene for preparing lithium battery negative electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare three-dimensional netshaped tin disulfide composite sulfur-nitrogen doped graphene which has high specific capacity and cycle stability, and the capacity is stable at 790 mAh/g at a current density of 5 A/g for 1000 cycles of charge and discharge . The method has simple process, good battery rate performance and cycle performance, and has a good development. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. A three-dimensional netshaped tin disulfide composite sulfur nitrogen is doped graphene; and 2. an application method of using three-dimensional reticular tin disulfide composite sulfur and nitrogen doped graphene to prepare the negative electrode of lithium battery, which involves mixing tin disulfide composite sulfur and nitrogen doped graphene, acetylene black and polyacrylic acid in a mass ratio of 7: 2: 1, after mixing and grinding uniformly coated on the copper negative electrode, the reference electrode and the counter electrode are metal lithium, the electrolyte is composed of 1 M lithium hexafluorophosphate + ethylene carbonate + diethyl carbonate, adding 10 and 1 volume.% of FEC (fluoroethylene carbonate) and VC (vinylene carbonate) solutions, and all assembly are carried out in the glove box.
