▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A light emitting device (10) comprises a quantum dot layer (14) disposed between a first electrode (11) and a second electrode (16), and a first auxiliary layer (12) disposed between the quantum dot layer and the first electrode. The first auxiliary layer comprises nickel oxide nanoparticles having average particle diameter 10 nm or less. USE - Light emitting device is used in display devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The performance of the light emitting device, is enhanced by the presence of quantum dots as light emitting body in the device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the manufacture of light emitting device, which involves: i) providing first electrode; ii) forming first auxiliary layer on first electrode; iii) forming quantum dot layer on first auxiliary layer; and iv) forming second electrode on quantum dot layer.
