NOVELTY - A medical rubber comprises 50-100 pts. wt. rubber, 10-30 pts. wt. nano filler, 1-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-10 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antiaging agent, 3-6 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. accelerator and 1-5 pts. wt. plasticizer. USE - Medical rubber. ADVANTAGE - The medical rubber has excellent antibacterial effect, improved bending strength, tensile strength, toughness, flexibility, abrasion resistance and weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the preparation method of medical rubber, which involves weighing rubber and vulcanizing agent in the mass ratio of 10:1, drying the rubber in a freeze drier, crushing using ultra-micro crusher to obtain rubber powder, adding the rubber powder and vulcanizing agent into water, stirring uniformly, heating to 70-100 degrees C, ultrasonically processing for 15-30 minutes, cooling to room temperature, filtering, drying in a blast drying box to obtain modified rubber powder, diluting silane coupling agent to dilute solution with concentration of 0.5-1%, adding nano-filler into the dilute solution of silane coupling agent, heating to 50-70 degrees C, stirring uniformly, cooling to room temperature, filtering, drying in a blast drying box, preparing modified nano-filler, mixing rubber and modified rubber powder in the mass ratio of 1:0.5-1, plasticizing the mixture in an open mill to obtain plastic rubber, adding modified rubber micropowder into the plastic rubber, modified nano filler, antioxidant, inorganic antibacterial agent, stearic acid, antiaging agent and plasticizer to obtain a mixed material, mixing the mixed material in an internal mixer at 80-100 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, calender rolling forming the mixed material, vulcanizing the mixed material in an open mill, with plant source extract, vulcanizing agent and accelerant, at 120-130 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, cleaning and sterilizing the semi-finished product.
