USE - Preparation of intercalated graphite interlayer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of intercalated graphite interlayer with high efficiency and low power consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of intercalated graphite interlayer involves mixing graphite and sulfuric acid, placing mixture in load-bearing connection pipe, entering into crosssectional movable separator, horizontally adjusting roller and adjusting thickness of mixture, adding graphene suspension to connecting pipe, moving with movement of separator, applying direct current through graphite and sulfuric acid mixture layer, where the current density is 25-42 mA/cm2, after graphite suspension is consumed, adding new graphite suspension to pipe, and when the movable separator is moved between combined anode and porous cathode, performing transformation process.
