NOVELTY - Preparing silk-salix graphene-nano composite material comprises soaking the salix cellulose in sodium hydroxide solution, neutralizing, drying, redispersing the pre-processed salix cellulose in water, adding glutaraldehyde, glutathione and aqueous salix solution and reacting, slowly adding polyamide amine PAMAM aqueous solution, reacting, washing and drying to obtain PAMAM modified salix cellulose; adding the silk into the deionized water, adding aqueous solution, reacting, slowly adding trivalent iron salt aqueous solution into the silk protein aqueous solution, stirring and adjusting pH. USE - The material is useful for absorbing materials, photocatalysis and bio-material fields. ADVANTAGE - The material uses sufficient economical raw materials and has synergistic self-assembly of magnetic nanometer ferroferric oxide and graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silk-salix graphene-nano composite material comprises (i) soaking the salix cellulose in 15% sodium hydroxide solution 60 minutes under room temperature with bath ratio of 1:50, neutralizing by washing with deionized water, drying, redispersing the pre-processed salix cellulose in water with bath ratio of 1:50, adding glutaraldehyde, glutathione and aqueous salix solution in a mass ratio of 1:10-1:25 and reacting for 1 hour, slowly adding 1-100 g/l polyamide amine PAMAM aqueous solution, where the PAMAM aqueous solution with volume ratio of the salix cellulose aqueous solution is 1:5-1:10, reacting for 24 hours, repeatedly washing using distilled water and ethanol and drying to obtain PAMAM modified salix cellulose; (ii) adding the silk into the deionized water, adding 1-100 g/l aqueous solution, reacting at 50-80 degrees C, slowly adding 1-100 g/l trivalent iron salt aqueous solution into the silk protein aqueous solution, stirring uniformly, where the mass ratio of the silk protein and the trivalent iron salt is 1:1-10:1, adding 1-5 wt.% of calcium chloride solution at the speed of 30 drops/minute, adjusting pH to 10-12, uniformly stirring at 60 degrees C for 1 hour, slowly adding the PAMAM modified salix cellulose, reacting for 24 hours, making into a mold, soaking in liquid nitrogen for 1 minute, removing and placing in pre-freezing refrigerator at -20 degrees C for 6 hours and thermo ultra-low temperature refrigerator at -80 degrees C for 6 hours and placing in the freeze dryer for 48 hours to obtain magnetic porous composite material; (iii) adding 1-100 g/l graphene oxide aqueous solution, ultrasonicating for 1 hour, soaking the magnetic porous composite material in graphene oxide solution for 24 hours in a bath ratio of 1:50, repeatedly washing with ethanol and deionized water, adding reducing agent for reducing, repeatedly washing with ethanol and deionized water and vacuum drying.
