NOVELTY - A chitosan/graphene oxide/hydroxyapatite/ polyacrylamide composite material preparing method involves preparing hydroxyapatite opalescent solution, chitosan solution, graphene oxide solution and aqueous solution of the cross-linking agent. Potassium persulfate as initiator is dissolved in water and subjected to a vibration to obtain an initiator aqueous solution. The acrylamide monomer is taken in a test tube. Each of the obtained solutions is added dropwise to the tube, and water is added. The tube is sealed followed by addition of initiator and accelerator to obtain the composite hydrogel. USE - Method for preparing a chitosan/graphene oxide/hydroxyapatite/ polyacrylamide composite material that is utilized as a bone repair material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the composite material in a simple and economical manner with better mechanical properties and biocompatibility characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A chitosan/graphene oxide/hydroxyapatite/ polyacrylamide composite material preparing method involves dissolving hydroxyapatite powder in double distilled water, and stirring to obtain hydroxyapatite opalescent solution. Chitosan powder is dissolved in double distilled water, and acetic acid is added and stirred sufficiently to obtain a chitosan solution. Graphene oxide powder is added to secondary water and stirred to obtain a black translucent grapheme oxide solution. A cross-linking agent of N,N'-methylene bis acrylamide is dissolved in water and the solution is ultrasonically vibrated for 2 minutes to obtain an aqueous solution of the cross-linking agent. Potassium persulfate as initiator is dissolved in water and subjected to an ultrasonic vibration for 2 minutes to obtain an initiator aqueous solution. The acrylamide monomer is taken in a test tube. Each of the above obtained solutions is added dropwise to the test tube, and water is added. The tube is sealed followed by addition of initiator and accelerator, where the reaction is carried out at 25 degrees C for 8-16 hours to obtain the composite hydrogel.
