▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining preset contrast value for each color component, to determine (306) a color component of to-be-identified graphene in grey-scale image. A numerical difference between preset contrast value for a given color component and background color component are multiplied. Several digital representations of single and few-layer graphene of grey-scale image for each color component are identified, where color component is set within a preset range of the determined or estimated color component of to-be identified graphene having the given number of layers. USE - Method for automatically identifying digital representations of thin-film material e.g. single and few-layer graphene in digital image. ADVANTAGE - Several digital representations of single and few-layer thin-film material can be automatically identified in digital image having a predetermined number of color components, while determining background color component of the digital image for each color component. Since the identification of the thin-film material is derived based on the actual color of the background of the thin-film material using information about contrasts, the robust and reliable identification of layered thin-film material in digital image can be provided. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for system for automatically identifying digital representations of single and few-layer thin-film material in digital image. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the flowchart illustrating the process for automatically identifying digital representations of thin-film material.
