The nano carbon fiber non-woven fabric comprises silicon and carbon.The silicon is combined with the carbon of nano carbon fiber non-woven fabric through silicon-carbon chemical bonds. The functional coating comprises lithium alginate and graphene oxide. USE - Non-woven fabric positive electrode current collector for ternary battery e.g. lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The non-woven fabric positive electrode current collector has high energy density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of non-woven fabric positive electrode current collector, which involves dissolving asphalt and polyacrylonitrile using solvents to obtain asphalt dispersion liquid (A) and polyacrylonitrile dispersion liquid (B), mixing the liquid (A) and liquid (B), adding nano silicon dioxide, dispersing, performing high-pressure electrostatic spinning to obtain primary-spun non-woven fabric, treating at 300℃ in air atmosphere, cooling and discharging at 1280-1350℃ in inert atmosphere to obtain nano carbon fiber non-woven fabric, dispersing lithium alginate and graphene oxide in water to obtain functional coating solution, coating the functional coating solution on the surface of nano carbon fiber non-woven fabric, drying until the water content is 5-10% after coating, hot-pressing, and drying to constant weight.
