NOVELTY - A graphene/nylon 66 conductive nano composite material comprises 98-99 parts mass nylon 66 and 1-2 parts mass graphene. USE - Graphene/nylon 66 conductive nano composite material is used for conductive material, electromagnetic shielding material and antistatic material (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/nylon 66 conductive nano composite material, which involves preparing graphene dispersion liquid by ultrasonically dispersing 1-2 parts mass graphene into 100-400 parts mass formic acid at normal temperature for 3-5 hours, preparing solution of nylon 66 by mixing 98-99 parts mass and 600-800 parts mass formic acid at normal temperature, adding graphene dispersion liquid into nylon 66 solution, controlling the concentration of the mixture to 0.5-l g/10 ml, performing ultrasonic treatment for 3-5 hours, stirring at normal temperature for 5-8 hours, pouring obtained mixture into excess distilled water, filtering, washing obtained product using distilled water for 3-5 times, drying at 60-70 degrees C for 10-15 hours in an oven, and heat-pressing obtained product at 270-300 degrees C under pressure of 7-8 MPa.
