NOVELTY - Non-stick pan coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. alicyclic epoxy compound, 80-90 pts. wt. glycidylamine resin, 3-5 pts. wt. modified carbon fiber, 2-5 pts. wt. tetrakis (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamic acid) pentaerythritol ester, 3-5 pts. wt. zirconia ceramics, 11-12 pts. wt. alumina ceramics, 10-15 pts. wt. zinc oxide ceramics, 13-17 pts. wt. silicon nitride ceramics and 2-5 pts. wt. polyethylene wax. The polyurethane resin system comprises 35-40 pts. wt. isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer, 3-5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 5-8 pts. wt. polyamide resin and 10-18 pts. wt. triethylenetetramine. The coating is prepared by mixing epoxy resin and polyurethane resin according to mass ratio of 5-7:2-3. USE - Used as non-stick pan coating based on interpenetrating network structure. ADVANTAGE - The coating has uniform resin cross-linking system, can be filled with zirconium oxide ceramic, alumina ceramic, zinc oxide ceramic; silicon nitride ceramic tightly connected; not only can keep high temperature resistant effect of epoxy resin, keeps elasticity of polyurethane; has good stability s at high temperature; is suitable for swelling effect of pot body high temperature, and improves integrity of non-stick pan. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the non-stick pan coating, comprising (1) mixing uniformly alicyclic epoxy compound, glycidylamine resin, polyethylene wax, and tetrakis (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamic acid) pentaerythritol ester, orderly adding modified carbon fiber, zirconia ceramic, alumina ceramic, zinc oxide ceramic, stirring the silicon nitride ceramic uniformly; (2) mixing isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer, modified graphene, polyamide resin, and triethylenetetramine uniformly, and homogenizing under high pressure; and (3) mixing epoxy resin system and polyurethane resin system and spraying according to the mass ratio, and heating to 150-170 degrees C for curing.
