USE - Conductive paste used for preparing lithium battery positive and negative electrode material, super capacitor electrode material and carbon paper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of conductive paste comprising loading sheet material with 0.1-50 wt.% active component of catalyst, where the active component of catalyst is iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, molybdenum or tungsten; introducing catalyst into reactor, subjecting to chemical vapor deposition at 500-1200 degrees C, preferably 800-1000 degrees C to deposite carbon nanotube and graphene on surface of catalyst, and placing obtained product in purification device.
