NOVELTY - Processing corrosion resistant layer of water pump body, comprises (i) using clean water to wash inner and outer sides of pump body, removing dust and impurities on inner and outer surfaces of pump body, using spray gun to carry out sand blasting and roughening treatment to inner and outer sides of pump body, (ii) using sand paper to polish inner and outer two side surfaces of pump body, completely leaking base material of pump body, and using deionized water to wash inner and outer two sides of pump body, (iii) placing pump body into drying box for drying treatment at 60-70℃ for 4-5 hours, drying inner and outer two sides of pump body, and (iv) coating corrosion resistant coating on inner and outer sides of pump body, coating corrosion resistant coating uniformly, placing pump body into pressure tank, lifting pressure in pressure tank to 0.75-0.8 MPa, and using ultrasonic irradiation treatment in process. USE - The method is useful for processing corrosion resistant layer of pump body of water pump useful for transmitting water liquid, especially slag slurry pump processing, and the pump body contact more pollution raw material long-pump body, which can improve the service life of the water pump, especially in the river basin conveying the Yellow River water, mud sand content and components, and shape. ADVANTAGE - The method enables coating the polyvinyl butyral anti-corrosion coating on the inner and outer sides of the pump body to prolong the path of the corrosion medium transmitted to the substrate, so as to delay the corrosion process, thus making pump body with better corrosion resistance.
