NOVELTY - The device has a supporting shaft (1) whose right side is movably connected with a switching shaft (2). A left side of the clamping block is movably connected with a pressure sensitive switch. A left side of an extruding spring is movably connected with a power through coil (7). A bottom portion of a pull block is movably connected with a reset spring. A top portion of the pull block is movably connected with a cleaning air bag. USE - Intelligent device for graphene textile winding. ADVANTAGE - The switching shaft rotates so as to reach effect of automatically stopping rolling and assisting to replace the winding roller when the rolling amount reaches a standard.
