NOVELTY - The apparatus has a fixture for fixing a specimen, and a graphene spraying unit including a spray nozzle (22) connected to a piezoelectric element (21) for atomizing graphene solution. A heating unit (90) is provided for applying heat to a fixing unit (80) and heating the sample to which the micronized graphene solution is adhered to reduce graphene. A gas inlet line (30) includes a regulator for adjusting the pressure of a valve for opening and closing the valve. A flow rate controller controls the flow rate of the gas in the line. A fixing part includes a suction hole for adsorbing a lower part of the specimen to fix the specimen. USE - Apparatus for manufacturing self-assembled three-dimensional graphene composite. ADVANTAGE - The apparatus significantly reduces manufacturing time of the graphene-coated composite, increases production rate, and freely adjusts size of graphene droplets using ultrasonic spray.
