NOVELTY - Whisker-type geogrid comprises oxidized graphene, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, acetic anhydride, zinc acetate, 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid, high-density polyethylene, hexafluoroacetylacetone, acetyl lanolin, dodecyl glucoside, sodium myristate soap, salatrim, polyglycerol-10 oleate, p-nitrophenol, potassium hexatitanate whiskers, trimethylolpropane and triallyl isocyanurate. USE - Used as whisker-type geogrid. ADVANTAGE - Whisker-type geogrid improves the strength and resistance of finished products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Whisker-type geogrid comprises 5-7 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, 40-50 pts. wt. p-hydroxybenzoic acid, 10-17 pts. wt. acetic anhydride, 0.08-0.1 pts. wt. zinc acetate, 20-30 pts. wt. 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid, 180-200 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 0.8-1 pts. wt. hexafluoroacetylacetone, 1-2 pts. wt. acetyl lanolin, 0.3-1 pts. wt. dodecyl glucoside, 2-3 pts. wt. sodium myristate soap, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. salatrim, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. polyglycerol-10 oleate, 1-2 pts. wt. p-nitrophenol, 2-4 pts. wt. potassium hexatitanate whiskers, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane and 5-7 pts. wt. triallyl isocyanurate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing whisker-type geogrid comprising (i) mixing 60-70 pts. wt. acetic anhydride with p-hydroxybenzoic acid, heating in oil bath to 138-140 degrees C with stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding 0.01-0.02 wt.% mixed material to 96-98% sulfuric acid, insulating the reaction for 3-5 hours, discharging, pouring hot solution into ice water (1.6-2 times), allowing to stand for 3-5 minutes, blow drying, then drying in vacuum drying oven at 50-60 degrees C for 20-24 hours to obtain acetylated monomer a, (ii) mixing 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid and remaining acetic anhydride, heating in oil bath to 120-130 degrees C, insulating the reaction for 3-4 hours, adding acetylated lanolin, and stirring, discharging, pouring hot solution into ice water (1.6-2 times), allowing to stand for 3-5 minutes, blow drying, then drying in vacuum drying oven at 50-60 degrees C for 20-24 hours to obtain acetylated monomer b, (iii) adding sodium myristate soap to absolute ethanol (10-14 times), adding salatrim, heating in water bath at 70-80 degrees C with stirring for 20-30 minutes, discharging, adding p-nitrophenol, stirring at room temperature to obtain alcohol solution, (iv) adding dodecyl glucoside into deionized water (50-60 times), stirring, adding graphene oxide. Ultrasonicating for 1-2 minutes, filtering, drying precipitate at room temperature to obtain pre-treated graphene, (v) adding pretreated graphene oxide to anhydrous ethanol (100-120 times), ultrasonically dispersing for 50-60 minutes, then adding acetylated monomer a, acetylated monomer b, ultrasonicating for 30-40 minutes, adding polyglyceryl -10 oleate, stirring, vacuum distilling, drying the product under vacuum at 60-70 degrees C for 20-25 hours to obtain monomer pretreated graphene, (vi) mixing monomer pretreated graphene and zinc acetate, and adding into reactor, heating under nitrogen atmosphere to 240-250 degrees C, insulating for 3-4 hours, continue raising temperature to 270-280 degrees C insulating for 1-2 hours, again raising temperature to 290-300 degrees C, insulating for 30-40 minutes, discharging and cooling to obtain copolyester graphene composite material, (vii) mixing trimethylolpropane with anhydrous ethanol (10-12 times), heating to 60-70 degrees C, with stirring for 4-8 minutes, adding graphene copolyester composite material and potassium hexatitanate whisker, ultrasonicating for 2-3 minutes, filtering, vacuum drying the precipitate at 50-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain modified graphene copolyester composite materials, (viii) mixing modified graphene copolyester composite material with remaining raw materials, stirring, adding into extruder, melt extruding, melt pressing into sheet using three-roller machine, then punching, and stretching to obtain final product.
