▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preventing or limiting oxidation and/or decarburization of a steel product when subjected to a heat treatment, comprises applying a graphene based coating on the steel product before subjecting the steel product to the heat treatment, where the heat treatment comprises subjecting that the steel product to a hot forming step. USE - The method is useful for preventing or limiting oxidation and/or decarburization of a steel product when subjected to a heat treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes the additive, which maintains the adhesion and stabilizes viscosity of the graphene based coating; provides the steel product that exhibits improved appearance, adherence of paint, anti-corrosion properties, and mechanical properties e.g. hardness and/or strength after the heat treatment; can be performed in a cost-effective manner; utilizes the graphene, which is a thermally stable barrier; and provides better weldability and coatability in downstream processing steps. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene based coating composition comprising 0.5-10 wt.% graphene, 0.01-0.5 wt.% corrosion inhibitor and 2-40 wt.% organofunctional silane and optionally 0.1-1 wt.% siloxane containing additive and/or 0.1-1 wt.% additive to maintain the adhesion and to stabilize viscosity of the graphene based coating, and the balance of polyurethane primer.
