▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-shaped ceramic oxide nano-sheet pigment filler comprises nano-sheet material of ceramic oxide of graphene sheet-shaped structure. USE - The graphene-shaped ceramic oxide nano-sheet pigment filler is useful for anti-corrosive paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: uses the pigment and filler, which has excellent anticorrosion performance, and has good high temperature stability and chemical stability; uses graphene-type structure of the pigment and filler material, which has excellent strength, hardness, insulation, corrosion resistance and other characteristics, and the material is environmentally-friendly, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the graphene-shaped ceramic oxide nano-sheet pigment filler, comprising (i) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene oxide in water, configuring the graphene oxide turbid liquid 0.001-10 g/ml, adding ceramic oxide precursor, adjusting pH to 7-14, stirring for 0.5-48 hours, after finishing the reaction, centrifuging and cleaning, and freezing and drying to obtain the graphene oxide/ceramic oxide precursor compound, (ii) placing the graphene oxide/ceramic oxide precursor composite obtained in the step (i) into a muffle furnace, reacting for 1-24h in the 450-800 degrees C, after finishing the reaction, cooling to room temperature toobtain the graphene-shaped ceramic oxide nano sheet, (iii) dispersing the graphene-shaped ceramic oxide nano-sheet after reaction in the step (ii) in ethanol, preparing the ceramic 0.001-1 g/ml turbid liquid, adding silane coupling agent, reacting for 0.5-48 hours at 60-90 degrees C, after finishing the reaction, adding 1-30 ml water into the mixture, then stirring for 0.5-48 hours, washing, freezing and drying; (2) anti-corrosive paint, comprising the graphene-shaped ceramic oxide nano-pigment filler; and (3) preparing the anti-corrosive paint of the graphene-shaped ceramic oxide nano-sheet pigment filler, comprising adding graphene-shaped ceramic oxide nano-pigment filler to theorganic solvent (preferably n-butyl alcohol), then adding film-forming substance and auxiliary agent, mixing uniformly and coating on the metal substrate, the mass ratio of graphene-shaped ceramic oxide nano-pigment filler and organic solvent is 1:5-20, the mass ratio of film forming substance to the pigment filler is 10:0.01-0.5, the film forming matter is epoxy resin E44 or epoxy resin E51 and the metal substrate is aluminum sheet, copper sheet or tin plate iron sheet.
