NOVELTY - Preparation of LED involves preparing a substrate, forming an electrode (A) on the substrate, shielding the electrode (A), and forming an electrode (B) on the substrate. USE - Preparation of LED used as electroluminescent device for display. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method forms electrode (B) on substrate, so that electrode (A) is blocked to prevent the deposited material particles from flying away during the deposition process of electrode (B), which will cause adverse effects on the non-deposition target structural layer and affect the device performance.
