NOVELTY - Graphene-based vanadium dioxide laminate comprises: multiple graphene layers; a vanadium dioxide layer formed on an upper surface of the graphene layer; and a functional layer formed in a side of the vanadium dioxide layer, where the functional layer includes a fluorine tin oxide, a base radiation glass, a low-e glass, tin oxide, zinc oxide, cesium oxide and a titanium oxide, and the functional layer is a thermal ablation tape, photoresist, water-soluble polyurethane resin, water-soluble epoxy resin, water-soluble acrylic resin and water-soluble nature polymer resin. USE - The graphene-based vanadium dioxide laminate is useful in a smart window (claimed) of a building. ADVANTAGE - The laminate has improved optical transmittance rate and smooth surface.
