NOVELTY - Preparing zinc-doped calcium sulfate hemihydrate composite artificial bone material involves taking zinc hydroxide and calcium hydroxide, adding water, and performing ultrasonic treatment at room temperature to obtain mixed solution. A dilute sulfuric acid solution is added into mixed solution, and stirred and reacted for 0.5-5 hours at 20-60degrees Celsius. The suction filtration and repeated washing are carried out on the reacted solution, and solution is dried at 50-100degrees Celsius to constant weight to obtain zinc-doped calcium sulfate dihydrate. USE - Method for preparing zinc-doped calcium sulfate hemihydrate composite artificial bone material used for preparing bone repair material in clinic for repairing of treating tissue defect such as osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and other senile diseases. ADVANTAGE - The zinc-doped semi-water calcium sulfate-based composite artificial bone material has good biocompatibility, and has obvious osteogenic induction capability to the bone defect. A dilute sulfuric acid solution is added into mixed solution, and stirred and reacted for 0.5-5 hours at 20-60degrees Celsius. An 1-3 mg/mL graphene oxide dispersion liquid is prepared, 20-35 wt.% calcium chloride solution is prepared, ultrasonic treatment and preheating is performed, and crystal transformation agent, zinc-doped calcium sulfate dihydrate, hydroxyapatite and graphene oxide dispersion liquid are added, where mass ratio of zinc-doped calcium sulfate dihydrate, hydroxyapatite and graphene oxide dispersion liquid is 6-8.5:1:0.5-3, stirred at 95-120degrees Celsius, and condensed and refluxed to obtain a solution. The solution is filtered, washed to obtain solid, solid is immersed in absolute ethyl alcohol, filtered again, dried to constant weight, and grinding and sieving is carried out to obtain zinc-doped calcium sulfate hemihydrate/hydroxyapatite/graphene oxide composite powder, i.e. zinc-doped calcium sulfate hemihydrate-based composite artificial bone material.
