NOVELTY - Glucosamine modified nano-carbon point graphene single crystals (GSCs) compound (I) are new. USE - (I) are useful in preparing lysine fluorescence detection reagent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - (I) have simple synthesis method and mild conditions; and the method utilizes easily available product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Glucosamine modified nano-carbon point graphene single crystals (GSCs) compound of formula (I) are new. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of (I); and (2) preparing lysine fluorescence detecting reagent comprising dissolving glucosamine modified nano-carbon point graphene single crystals (GSCs) in water or aqueous alcohol solution, formulating into lysine fluorescent detection reagent solution having mass concentration of 0.02-3.0 mg/ml.
