NOVELTY - A graphene/selenium nanocrystalline photoelectric composite material, contains selenium nano-crystal uniformly dispersed in graphene. The particle size of selenium nanocrystals is 40-50 nm. USE - Graphene/selenium nanocrystalline photoelectric composite material used in optoelectronic device application (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, efficient, inexpensive, and has excellent performance, utilizes one-step reduction and oxidation to realize uniform dispersion of selenium nanocrystals on graphene which electrostatically self-assemble the composite material and chitosan and avoids the concentration quenching of luminescent particles, and achieves enhanced luminescence. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/selenium nanocrystalline photoelectric composite material, which involves (1) preparing selenium ion solution, (2) preparing graphene solution, (3) preparing graphene/selenium composite material by rapidly adding produced selenium ion solution into produced graphene solution, mixing and stirring.
