The composite layer is a graphene quantum dot/cobalt hydroxide/nickel (GQD/Co(OH)2/Ni) composite material. USE - Micro-capacitor e.g. micro super capacitor used in micro-electronic device of sports health and implantable medical device. Can also be used in battery, super capacitor as common energy storage and conversion device as focus of academic research at home and abroad. ADVANTAGE - The micro-capacitor has a higher energy density, and small volume, and can be circularly folded and bent, at the same time, wireless charging. It has high power density of planar flexible super capacitor, good circulation stability and so on, bending, knotting, winding a number of deformation has good mechanical stability, the performance can be controlled by adjusting the length, it also can satisfy the wearable device light weight, integrated knitting and flexible. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a preparation method of micro-capacitor; and (2) a charging method of micro-capacitor.
