NOVELTY - The method involves refining graphene. Graphene and fullerene composite aqueous solution is prepared by using the refined graphene and surface-modified fullerene. Conductive metal wires are put into the graphene and fullerene composite aqueous solution. A composite material layer of graphene and fullerene is deposited and grown on a surface of the conductive metal wire to obtain a composite material negative ion releasing head. The fullerene is dissolved in organic solvent to obtain first mixed solution. Surfactant is dissolved in dispersant to obtain second mixed solution. USE - Method for preparing a composite material negative ion releasing head for a negative ion generating electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving solubility of graphene and fullerene in water and improving service life of the composite material negative ion releasing head. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a negative ion generating electrode.
