NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite film involves preparing 3-5 layer of polythiophene thin film, and coating with graphene slurry on surface of polythiophene thin film, after the coating of the polythiophene thin film, laminating, placing in the oven, baking at 75-95 degrees C for 0.5-1hours to form laminate and placing into a high temperature furnace, heating for 3-5hours at 500-700 degrees C to form laminate into graphitizing furnace under nitrogen atmosphere and graphitizing at 2200-2300 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain graphene composite film. The graphene slurry material is composed of 8-22% graphene, 3-5% of nano fiber, 2-6 % tetrahydrofuran, 0.5-4% trimethylolpropane phosphite ester, 1-3% ethanol and rest is water. USE - Method for preparing graphene composite film for electric vehicle radiating base and motor controller. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene composite film has good radiating performance, good stability, and greatly prolongs the service life of motor controller.
