NOVELTY - Producing modified copper bonding wire comprises (a) adding high-purity copper powder and graphene, and stearic acid as a grinding aid into a ball mill jar, and ball milling, (b) opening and taking out the tank body after the high-energy ball milling, using n-heptane to wash the mixed sample multiple times, drying to obtain mixed fine powder of graphene and copper, (c) adding the mixed fine powder in (b) into the electromagnetic vibrating plate, charging in the cylindrical elastic mold of the cold isostatic press while vibrating, and starting the stage boosting and stage depressurization, (d) placing the sample in a spark plasma sintering furnace, vacuumizing, cooling the sample to obtain composite material of high-purity copper and graphene, trimming and calendaring, drawing through a cylindrical mold, and finally drawing the material, (e) normalizing the finished wire rod, quenching and tempering. USE - Production method of modified copper bonding wire. ADVANTAGE - The method provides modified copper bonding wire with high purity copper powder and graphene, and high density and uniform tissue.
