▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - A vacuum pump has a rotor mounted inside a stator, roller bearing arrangement arranged on a shaft of rotor to allow rotation with respect to the stator, and a lubricant supply arranged to supply a lubricant compound to the roll bearing. The lubricant compound comprises a liquid and a solid component. The liquid component comprises perfluoropolyether (PFPE) lubricant. The solid component comprises graphite, graphene or molybdenum sulfide held in suspension with the liquid component. USE - Vacuum pump is used for lubricating bearings. ADVANTAGE - The vacuum pump provides low cost lubricant with improved dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for vacuum pump lubricant.
