▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing low transmission loss single crystal copper material comprises forming a single crystal copper layer on substrate whose surface is graphene layer, and peeling off single crystal copper layer from substrate in mixed gas atmosphere of argon and hydrogen under temperature condition of 800-1065℃, where in the mixed gas, the volume ratio of the argon to the hydrogen is 10-20:1. USE - The method is useful for preparing low transmission loss single crystal copper material. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces surface roughness Rz of formed copper material, reduces transmission loss of the whole low transmission loss single crystal copper material, and is simple and easy to operate.
