NOVELTY - Fabrication of multi-layer non-woven fabric involves weighing graphene multi-function ultrafine fibers and low melting point fibers and feeding into variable frequency carding opening machine for opening, passing graphene multi-function ultrafine fibers and low melting point fibers to wind mixer for mixing and opening, passing them to different cotton boxes through air pipes, feeding mixed fibers to zero wind pressure cotton net collection device according to the arrangement of the middle layer as a low melting point fiber and the upper and lower layers as graphene multifunctional ultrafine fibers so that the fibers fall evenly on the collection row to obtain collected fibers, pre-bonding collected fibers into fiber web by physical rolling, passing to thermal bonding machine for setting to form graphene multifunctional ultrafine fiber multi-layer non-woven fabric. USE - Fabrication of multi-layer non-woven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts simple methods of air mixing and opening, zero air pressure cotton net collection, physical rolling and heat setting to produce multi-layer nonwoven fabric with a three-dimensional network structure. The multi-layer non-woven fabric is lightweight, soft, warn and patchy.
