NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises taking graphite with 800-1200 meshes grain diameter as raw material having purity of more than 99% and intercalating with oxidizing intercalant of concentrated sulfuric acid, nitrate and potassium permanganate having mass fraction of 90%-98%, where ratio of graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid, nitrate, and potassium permanganate is 1:1-5:0.1-0.5:0.5-1; high-frequency microwave continuous expanding at 915 MHz and 200-300 kW for 20-200 seconds and ultrasonic peeling 1-2 layer of single-layer graphene; washing with alcohol for 1-5 hours, where mass ratio of graphene to alcohol is 1:5-10, filtering, and drying; and manufacturing into suspension polymerization system comprising 28-32 wt.% styrene, 0.5-0.3 wt.% modified graphene, 0.1-0.3 wt.% initiator, 0.5-1.5 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-0.2 wt.% co-dispersant, 2-3 wt.% blowing agent pentane, and 62.68.8 wt.% pure water. USE - Method for preparing graphene used for preparing graphene electrophysiological sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene electrophysiological sensor has improved static effect and mechanical property, antistatic surface resistance of 104-106 ohm, tensile strength of 0.8-1.2 MPa, compressive strength of more than 0.4-0.5 MPa, flame-retardant grade of B1 level and is suitable for war industry and electricity and car industries. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene electrophysiological sensor comprising preparing graphene electrophysiological sensor molded products and preparing suspension polymerization system comprising 28-32 wt.% styrene, 0.05-0.15 wt.% modified graphene, 0.05-0.2 wt.% initiator, 0.4-1 wt.% dispersant, 0.05-0.1 wt.% co-dispersant, 2-3 wt.% blowing agent pentane, and balance pure water; and spraying with graphene conductive coating, where graphene conductive coating is 0.12-1 wt.% modified graphene, 15-30 wt.% resin, 0.3-2 wt.% wetting and dispersing agent, 0.1-1 wt.% stabilizer, 0.05-0.2 wt.% adhesion promoter, and 67-84 wt.% mixed solvent.
