▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Improving bonding performance of composite waterproof material involves adding 80-90 pts. wt. polyacrylate emulsion, 35-45 pts. wt. polyurethane, 40-50 pts. wt. cement, 8-10 pts. wt. nano-silica, 8-10 pts. wt. nano-silver-graphene, 15-20 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 8-15 pts. wt. penetrant, 5-8 pts. wt. slow-release low-temperature coagulant, 15-20 pts. wt. water for matching. The water-based polyacrylate emulsion is selected as the matrix, and polyurethane is used to modify the water-based polyacrylate emulsion by in-situ emulsion polymerization. The microcapsule technology is used to coat the cement low-temperature coagulant, and wall of the microcapsule is made of water-insoluble film-forming material. The cement, nano-silica, nano-silver-graphene, light calcium carbonate, and slow-release low-temperature coagulant are mixed. The emulsion, penetrant, and water are mixed. The emulsion and mixed powder are mixed on site. USE - Method for improving bonding performance of composite waterproof material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to improve bonding performance of composite waterproof material that improves the permeability of the mixture, and bonding strength of the waterproof material.
