▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The apparatus has a power supply unit (104) electrically connected to an anode (102) and a cathode (103), where predetermined electric field is applied between the anode and the cathode. A flow path (101) is formed between the anode and the cathode. A supply unit (105) generates flow of fluid such that lead-free solder particles move in direction in the flow path. A pressurizing part (109) supplies the fluid at a predetermined flow rate. A first storage part communicates with a side of an upper part of the flow path to receive lower particles passing through the flow path. A second storage part communicates with a side of a lower portion of the flow path to receive upper particles passing through the flow path. USE - Apparatus for classifying lead-free solder particles e.g. lead-free alloy and graphene (claimed), by using filters. ADVANTAGE - The apparatus can classify the particles of micro and nano size unit precisely and continuously through control of a flow rate of the fluid containing the lead-free solder particles, and the electric field applied to the lead-free solder particles. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of an apparatus for classifying lead-free solder particles.
