▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing anode foil, involves (a) heating and treating corroded foil, (b) using primary forming solution to perform primary forming of the corroded foil to obtain a primary forming foil, (c) coating a graphene solution on the surface of the primary forming foil and forming a graphene coating on the surface of the primary forming foil, (d) sintering the primary forming foil with graphene coating to obtain a sintered intermediate, (e) performing secondary forming of the sintered intermediate with a secondary forming solution to obtain a secondary forming foil, (f) performing phosphating treatment on the secondary forming foil, (g) using a tertiary chemical conversion solution to perform tertiary chemical conversion on the phosphating-treated secondary chemical conversion foil to obtain a tertiary chemical conversion foil, and (h) performing four-stage forming of the three-stage forming foil with a four-stage forming solution. USE - The anode foil is useful in an aluminum electrolytic capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anode foil enables surface area of traditional corroded foil to continue to expand, increases specific capacity by more than 10% to 2.8-3 mu F/cm2, shortens each formation time by more than 50%, and correspondingly increases production efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the anode foil.
