▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene electromagnetic shielding film with high heat conductivity and high conductivity comprises (i) processing graphite oxide containing 40-60 wt.% water into strip by screw extruder, cutting into particles, obtaining graphite oxides particles, where the particle size of the graphiteoxides particles is 1-5 mm, (ii) preparing continuous graphene oxide coiled material into hot air oven, heating to 150-500℃ for heat treatment, primarily reducing the graphene oxide, (iii) placing graphene oxide into high temperature induction heating furnace in room temperature raising temperature to 2200-2800℃, (iv) stripping graphene oxide film from substrate by peeling device, cutting edge of graphene oxide membrane by trimming device, forming continuous graphene oxides film coil material, (v) preparing graphene oxide coil material into high-temperature heating furnace, heating, (vi) rolling or vacuum rolling graphene film into silica gel protective film to form final product. USE - Graphene electromagnetic shielding film. Uses include e.g. electronic, communication, lighting, aviation, and national defense military industry fields. ADVANTAGE - The graphene electromagnetic shielding film has high thermal conductivity and high conductivity. The method directly comprises 40-60 wt.% graphite oxide for high temperature peeling, saves the drying process of graphite oxides, has low energy consumption, low production cost, and has higher slurry concentration prepared after high-temperature peeling. The graphene heat conducting film has higher heat conductivity coefficient and strong electromagnetic shielding efficiency. The high speed dispersing device is provided with a cooling layer, which can prevent the slurry temperature rising, avoid affecting the dispersing effect, and de-foaming the dispersed graphene oxide slurry in the step (iii) under the vacuum condition through the defoaming machine, the influence to the subsequent process is avoided more than 0.2mm of bubble does not allow, and less than oxygen.
