NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene film-coated copper wire involves melting high-purity copper, casting, drawing pure copper rod to obtain copper wire with a diameter of 0.5-1 mm, annealing at 400-800 degrees C for 2-6 hours, finishing ultrafine copper wire, dispersing ultrafine copper wire in graphene oxide aqueous solution and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene film-coated copper wire (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of graphene film-coated copper wire with improved oxidation resistance.
