NOVELTY - Preparing super-layer bionic ceramic with high toughness and broadband absorption electromagnetic wave comprises (i) preparing base layer casting sheet, using benzene and alcohol mixed solution as solvent, adding dispersant to the solvent to completely dissolve, adding sintering auxiliary agent and interface layer ceramic particles, adding electromagnetic wave absorbing agent, and uniformly ball milling, (ii) adding agglomerant and plasticizer, uniformly ball milling, and removing bubbles in vacuum to obtain uniform interface layer casting slurry, and (iii) preparing super layer structure biomimetic ceramic material, alternately stacking base-layer casting sheet and interface sheet casting sheet according to the thickness ratio (2-15):1 interval and after the laminated material is subjected to interference pressing forming, discharging glue, and carrying out high-temperature sintering to the sample after discharging the glue to obtain the super-layered biomimetic ceramic material. USE - The method is useful in advanced aerospace vehicle, land armor and ship.
