NOVELTY - A single-layer gold nanoparticles/graphene comprises a carrier layer as a substrate, a graphene layer on an upper side of the carrier layer and multiple gold nanoparticles evenly distributed on an upper side of the graphene layer, which is formed as a gold nanoparticle layer, where the graphene layer and the gold nanoparticle layer has the effect of UV absorption, and the longitudinal sizes of the gold nanoparticle layers affects the absorbing wavelengths. USE - Single-layer gold nanoparticles/graphene for use in industrial products. ADVANTAGE - The single-layer gold nanoparticles/graphene has good UV blocking effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a multi-layer gold nanoparticles/graphene (2) a method for forming a gold nanoparticles/graphene layered structure.
