NOVELTY - Thermally conductive filler is claimed. The thermally conductive filler is modified by silane modifier, and the thermally conductive filler is mixture of aluminium oxide and graphene oxide. USE - The thermally conductive filler is useful for preparing thermally conductive gel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive filler: improves the thermal conductivity of thermally conductive gels; has reduced hardness climb at high temperature; solves the problems of limited addition of graphene alone and high cost; and produces thermally conductive gel which improves the compatibility between thermally conductive filler and silicone rubber, DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for 1. preparing thermally conductive filler comprise (i) dissolving the silane modifier in an organic solvent to obtain modifier solution, adding aluminium oxide and graphene oxide fillers into a sand mill for dispersion, (ii) stirring the uniformly dispersed mixed filler, heating at 80-100degrees Celsius, and preheating for 10-30 minutes, stirring, spraying the silane modifier solution into the filler, and controlling the spraying rate at 50-70 g/minute, (iii) stirring, keeping the temperature and reacting for 1-2 hours, adding methyltrimethoxysilane toluene solution, the reaction is complete, cooling to room temperature, and baking at 120degrees Celsius for 2-3 hours; and 2. preparing a thermally conductive gel from a thermally conductive filler comprising adding vinyl-terminated silicone oil, hydrogen-containing silicone oil and thermally conductive filler, and stirring, uniformly dispersing the powder, adding inhibitors and catalysts, stirring, evacuating, releasing the glue, and storing in the refrigerator.
