NOVELTY - A composite material comprises calcium hydroxytitanate nanosheet grown on the layered structure substrate connected with reduced graphene oxides to each other. The calcium hydroxytitanate nanosheet is in-situ grown on the edge portion of reduced graphene oxide, and is inserted between the pleats of reduced graphene oxide and sheet of adjacent reduced graphene oxide. The calcium hydroxytitanate nanosheet has thickness of 5-10 nm, length of 0.5-1.5 mu m, and width of 0.2-0.5 mu m. The mass ratio of reduced graphene oxide is 5-30%. USE - Composite material used as electrode material in chemical energy storage device such as supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved electrochemical active area and improved electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the material, which involves using tetrabutyl titanate hydrolyzate, graphene oxide, reducing agent and alkaline solution.
