NOVELTY - A high-performance single-side adhesive tape comprises a base material layer, an ink layer, an adhesive layer and material separating layer. The base material layer is modified polyethyleneimine. The ink layer is a graphene ink layer comprising 7-9 pts. wt. porous graphene powder loaded with barium and nickel doped nano zinc ferrite particles, 30-45 pts. wt. resin, 9-16 pts. wt. organic flame retardant, 5-6 pts. wt. dispersant, and 30-45 pts. wt. solvent including deionized water, ethanol, propanol, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone or dimethylformamide. The adhesive layer comprises 100 pts. wt. acrylic ester, 5-10 pts. wt. blue nano titania nanopowder, 10-25 pts. wt. tackifier and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. curing agent. The material separating layer is silicon coating release paper. USE - The high-performance single-side adhesive tape. ADVANTAGE - The product has high temperature resistance, electromagnetic radiation resistance, good shading performance, hydrophobic performance and aging resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-performance single-side adhesive tape comprises a base material layer, an ink layer, an adhesive layer and material separating layer. The base material layer is modified polyethyleneimine prepared by dispersing polyethyleneimine base material in the mixed solvent of water and ethanol, adding adding ethyl orthosilicate, vinyl triethoxy silane and ammonia water, stirring for 2-3 hours at 50-75degrees Celsius, centrifuging, washing, and drying. The ink layer is a graphene ink layer comprising 7-9 pts. wt. porous graphene powder loaded with barium and nickel doped nano zinc ferrite particles, 30-45 pts. wt. resin, 9-16 pts. wt. organic flame retardant, 5-6 pts. wt. dispersant, and 30-45 pts. wt. solvent including deionized water, ethanol, propanol, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone or dimethylformamide.
