NOVELTY - A graphene phenolic resin composite material is obtained by stirring graphene oxide, hydrazine hydrate, surfactant, and aldehyde into reactor, stirring, controlling 1st reaction temperature to 80-100 degrees C, cooling to 60-80 degrees C, controlling pH to 1.5-4.5, adding phenol, controlling 2nd reaction temperature to 85-100 degrees C, and dehydrating in which ratio of graphene oxide, hydrazine hydrate, surfactant, aldehyde, and phenol is 1-15:1-5:3-20:120-163:600. USE - A graphene phenolic resin composite material for bakelite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Product has high impact property and low molding shrinkage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of graphene phenolic resin composite material in bakelite which involves mixing smashed graphene phenolic resin composite material, wood powder, filler, curing agent, and curing accelerating agent, plasticizing, and crushing.
