▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An ultraviolet-ray shielding powder comprises powder base material (70) containing single-unit or aggregate of fullerene or graphene which is carbon allotrope, coating layer including titanium dioxide having band gap of 3.2 eV, zinc oxide having band gap of 3.2 eV, and cerium-oxide, which covers the powder base material, and coating treatment layer (73) containing silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide which covers the coating layer. The coating layer and coating treatment layer comprises atomic layer of one or more layers formed into a film by atomic-layer-deposition method. USE - Ultraviolet-ray shielding powder is used as sunscreen material. ADVANTAGE - The ultraviolet-ray shielding powder has excellent shielding effect in wavelength of 320-400 nm, and catalyst active inhibitory effect, and suppresses the fall of antioxidation ability, and is manufactured economically. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An ultraviolet-ray shielding powder comprises powder base material containing single-unit or aggregate of fullerene or graphene which is carbon allotrope, coating layer including titanium dioxide having band gap of 3.2 eV, zinc oxide having band gap of 3.2 eV, and cerium-oxide having band gap of 3.1 eV, which covers the powder base material, and coating treatment layer containing silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide which covers the coating layer. The coating layer and coating treatment layer comprises atomic layer of one or more layers formed into a film by atomic-layer-deposition method. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of ultraviolet-ray shielding powder, which involves forming powder base material, coating layer and coating treatment layer, which are formed into a film by atomic-layer-deposition method.
